LockedIn Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ZonedIn mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use ZonedIn.

Information We Collect

Account Information

You sign in with Apple. We receive your name and email address (or a private Apple relay address) from Apple. We use this solely for authentication and to sync your data across your devices.

Profile and Planning Preferences

During onboarding and in settings you may provide planning preferences used to schedule your day, including your age range, gender, preferred deep-work window, working-hours flexibility, and recurring commitments. This information is used only to personalize your plan.

Productivity Data

We store the content you create and the activity needed to run the app, including:

  • Priorities and tasks you capture
  • Daily plans and scheduled focus sessions
  • Focus session outcomes (completed, skipped, partial)
  • AI-generated weekly reviews

Calendar Data

If you connect a calendar (Apple or Google), we read your busy time blocks so the App can plan around existing commitments, and — with your permission — we write scheduled focus sessions back to your calendar. We store the busy-time metadata needed to plan; we do not read the contents of unrelated calendar events beyond what is required to identify busy periods.

Subscription Data

ZonedIn offers an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and store your subscription status (active, expired, trial) associated with your account.

Analytics and Diagnostics

  • We use PostHog to record a small set of named product events (for example, completing onboarding, starting a session, viewing the paywall) to understand how the App is used. Personally identifiable information capture and session replay are disabled.
  • We use Sentry to collect crash and error diagnostics so we can fix problems.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, we store the device push token needed to deliver session and planning reminders via Expo Push.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate you and sync your data across devices
  • Generate and adjust your daily plan and weekly reviews
  • Schedule focus sessions and, if connected, reflect them on your calendar
  • Deliver reminders you opt into
  • Operate, secure, and improve the App

AI Processing

To generate plans and weekly reviews, the App sends the relevant task and schedule data to Anthropic (Claude) through our secure backend. We do not use your data to train AI models, and Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API. Anthropic's privacy and data-usage policies apply to this processing.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access controls that scope your data to your account.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Apple Sign-In — authentication
  • Supabase — data storage and authentication
  • Anthropic — AI plan and review generation
  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • PostHog — product analytics
  • Sentry — crash and error diagnostics
  • Expo Push — push notification delivery

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below or via our support page. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

ZonedIn is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of your data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Disconnect a connected calendar at any time in the App
  • Disable analytics-affecting permissions (such as notifications) in your device settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
