Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ZonedIn mobile application ("App"), operated by LockedIn Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ZonedIn offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the App's full functionality.

  • Billing. Subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases and are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Pricing is shown in the App before you purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings on your device at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not separately process payments or issue refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

5. AI Coach

The App includes AI-powered planning and review features. These provide general productivity and focus guidance and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, or otherwise). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LockedIn Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (priorities, tasks, plans, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide and improve the App's services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and LockedIn Labs LLC, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
